Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available once your order reaches the minimum value for your region:

• NSW – Free shipping on orders over $400
• ACT, QLD, VIC – Free shipping on orders over $700
• TAS, NT, SA, WA – Free shipping on orders over $800

Orders below these thresholds will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

Please note that large, heavy, or bulky items may incur additional freight charges depending on the delivery location.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Orders placed before 11:00 AM (Sydney time) are typically dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

• Regional areas: 2–5 business days
